So the next few months I am going to try and be brief so that I can catch up quickly! I’ve got to get back on track or I’ll never be able to blog about the new baby when he or she arrives!
We started off the month with a baby shower for my cousin 🙂 It was a lot of fun and I’m so happy we were able to go and celebrate their upcoming new addition!! And I’m super excited that their baby and our new baby will be so close in age – around 3 months apart. So much fun!
We had Haley’s friend, Hayden’s 2nd birthday party to attend. That was fun too! It was probably the first ‘peer’ party that she remembers. He had an Elmo theme and that was a big hit for Haley too!
Sean started potty training one day while I was at work. Haley took to it so quickly! She was really ready I guess. She wears pants when we go out and I bring her potty in the car and at home she just goes bottomless and it is working really well. It would be great to only have to buy one set of diapers come April!
We had our Christmas portraits taken at JCPenny and they turned out great. That same night we also took Haley to see Santa. She did surprisingly well. She wanted to sit with Daddy (which was fine) but when Santa offered her a cookie, she got right on his lap! I guess it’s time we had the ‘stranger-danger’ talk!
GG & Opa came for a visit the weekend before Thanksgiving. That was fun 🙂
We had Thanksgiving at my Aunt & Uncle’s house in Tampa. That was a lot of fun too! It was good to see everyone who was there and I loved watching Haley play with her cousins. She even sat at the kids table for dinner 🙂 So cute! My parents stayed with us for the holiday and on Friday we went to the zoo. The weather was perfect! We all had fun and Haley got to feed the giraffes! And to complete the weekend/month, FSU beat UF! How much better can it get?!
Baby is the size of an apple (15 weeks), an avacado (16 weeks), a turnip (17 weeks), a bell pepper (18 weeks), and a tomato (19 weeks) !
