We're Pregnant!
What?!
We started spreading the news last night… and it was so fun! Let me tell you- my mom did not make it easy to plan! I had a great plan and she kept altering pieces of it (without knowing), but in the end it worked out great. Sean and I worked Friday and then left our house and traveled to my parents. We arrived around 7:45 in the evening. We were supposed to head out to my parents’ friends house and then to dinner. I told my parents I wanted to get a group picture before we left (I said that I didn’t want to do it after because I was planning on eating a lot!). I set up my camera, and my mom’s, to take multiple pictures in a row and on a timer. Then we stood together and after the first couple of pictures were taken, Sean & I said together, “We’re Pregnant!” We got some really great shots of my parents first looking confused, then shocked, and then so happy!!! It was very special and fun and I’m so happy we have it all recorded on the camera – that is definitely something we’ll be looking back at in the years to come. Before we left today we called my grandmother and told her she was going to be a Great-Nana (again) and she was also really excited for us. So, now we’re off to Sean’s parent’s house and spread to the news to Sean’s family! That should bring some more great pictures and happy times! More on that later 🙂
